2014 Nissan Juke Nismo RS Custom Headlights

Demon Eyes, Lens Etching, Paintwork, Projector Retrofit, Switchback Halos/Strips

Yes!  Another Juke headlight build!  And this one got all the goodies.  Hooray!!

Stock headlights.  Yuck.

This build utilized the Morimoto MD2S projector lens assembly with a custom etching: the Nismo text.

First step was to install the RGB demon eyes.  These would be controlled via Bluetooth and an app on the phone.

Reflector bowl prep work complete.  Time to prep for paint:

OEM black paint down, Nissan paint code B20: a gorgeous black with blue/red/purple pearl.

Assembling and testing the Panamera switchback shroud.  These things are awesome and look great in this particular housing.

Starting assembly:

Testing and showing off the shrouds and the demon eyes before the lens is put on.

Assembly, after exterior clear coat, after buffing & polishing.

TIME TO STUNT:

(you may want to put your bib on now as uncontrollabe drooling is to be expected)

Backside utilizes an extended housing cap to contain the good bits and make it clean.

The upgraded Osram CBH D2S bulbs totally rock.  This is an output shot in the middle of the day.

I got to install these bad boys and tune them in the shop for maximum performance.

Some installed pictures on the vehicle:

And some low/high beam output shots to attempt to appreciate how amazing of a functional light upgrade this is as well:

Boom!  That’s a wrap!  Happy modding!
